Kay Larson

On the back of the Fast & Furious Holiday, quilt as you go book it says there is free pattern on line for the Anyday Placemats and I wasn't able to find it. Could you steer me in the right direction? Thanks

Anne Shelbaer

Just love the Modern Charm Runner Gudrun. Can't wait for the pattern to come out as I will have to get this one. I am beginning to get a little tired of the Braid Runner I have made so many but do love those, especially the nice size they make. The first MCR to make will be a blue and brown one. Those colours look so relaxing and I have just taken a class on circles so it will be double fun. Anne

Deb

Strips and Salsa, all the way! They are all great, but that's the one that sings to me!

Betty Ayers

I'd make the Runner in a heartbeat, probably out of Modern Meadow by Joel Dewberry for Free Spirit. Then I'd move on to Strips and Salsa and use white as the background with colors from Kona Solids. THEN I'd tackle Flair Fiesta, but not sure which fabric I would use. They are all great patterns and you are kind to offer them as prizes! Have a great time at Market and if you ever need a pack mule to take along, remember me (I've been having a fit to go for years!).

JoDee

I love them all. I would probably start with the runners first. I would use Frolic to make the first one. I love your new fabric line also.

Pat

Love the new patterns. My favorite - the Modern Table Runner. My daughters like a more contemporary design and I prefer more traditional. So this will be perfect for them. I plan on making them each a Modern Table Runner for Christmas. Thanks so much for the great patterns.

Gaye in GA

More wonderful patterns! I would have to start with the Modern Charm Runner. I LOVE your GAYG patterns. Then I would begin the Flair Fiesta. Notice I say "begin". I know this would be a "in the works" project for quite a while. Thanks again for more great patterns.

Jody

Beautiful new patterns! Have safe travels to Houston and back.

Marie Pearson

I love all three, but I would probably start with Modern Charm Runner - gotta get that quick gratification. I would use Prayer Flag by April Cornell. My favorite pattern is Flair Fiesta - I can't wait to see how that one goes together. Iceland's loss has certainly been Minnesota's gain. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

Ruth

Thank you for 3 great designs. It is hard to choose which is my favorite.

Laura tawney

Oh my gosh I was just looking for a pattern to use with charm squares from the pure line! Great patterns and love then lines of them, please enter me into your generous give-a-way!

Jane

I do love all your patterns and I think the strips ad salsa would be a great pattern to use up some of my scraps. Of course my first choice is the fiesta flair as mentioned in my first posting. Thanks Jane

Jane

Especially like your Fiesta Flair pattern and can't wait to see your new line calld Flair. Have fun at the Market. Jane

Bonnie Nyquist

I love all three! I would make the Modern Charm runer because I have some Fig Tree charm packs on hand, but that Strips and Salsa liiks very interesting also. I like the size choices. I bought your Fast and Furious Quit as you go book recently, it is wonderful! Have fun in Houston!!! Anxious to hear all about it!!! Bonnie Nyquist bonniesline at aol dot com

sandra

I need ALL but I'd have to make SALSA first then Table runner---- Salsa in modern meadow;??? but I'm sure i'd find something

Mary Ellen Honan

The runner would be so versatile. Could use Breath of Avignon (Moda) or True Blue Charms for summer, and Adoring for fall and winter. Love Strips and Salsa and would try your Amish look with Kona cotton solids Dusty or Classic.

DebSheffield

I'm in love with the Modern Charm Runner... It certainly doesn't look like it requires just one charm pack, either! I could see doing it in earth tones to go in my new kitchen!

Susan B. Jones

Your patterns and fabric are so lovely - love it all! Have fun at the market. Wish I were there too!

Kim Rhody

Love your new patterns. I am in to table runners lately, so I would make that one first. Love the little circles on the strips.

Carline Anthony

I love your new patterns, my favorite is Fiesta Flair, but it was a close one, as I love the strips and salsa as well. I would love to do the strips and salsa out of all browns and blacks that Moda has out. I think it would also make a darling baby quilt and would be adaptable to almost any line. DECISIONS! If I'm lucky enough to win, I will have to make one! Thanks for sharing.

MaryBeth

It's hard to believe that the modern charm runner is made with 1 charm pack. this pattern interest me I will be looking for it in the local shops "enjoy Huston"

Sandra Timmons

You are such a talented lady and very generous indeed. I would like to win your free patterns, just because they are yours.

Sandi from Sonora, CA

pat

As usual the patterns are lovely, can't wait to try them all. thanks for the yummy recipe!

Marion Farrenkopf

My 5th Greatgrandchild will be born before the day is out. Mommy was just admitted in active labor, and she is very patient when she knows something is coming made by the Great Grandmother. I love Strips and Salsa in a crib size (or close) in bright and happy colors.
Can't wait to try the new pecan cupcakes recipe. Thanks so much

Maureen Hughes-Phillips

Flair Fiesta is calling to me! The stars, the colors, the movement all grabbed my attention. Love it, love it, love it!

Kat Scribner

All three patterns provide variety, but I especially like the Strips and Salsa! Perfect, complimentary scrappy.

Kathleen Brown

Oooh, Gudrun, what great new patterns! I especially like the Modern Charm Runner which I would love to make in Pure by Sweetwater.

SewCalGal

These are delightful new patterns that I anticipate will be very popular. Of, course I love all your designs. I think if I were to be lucky enough to win your new designs I'd start with Strips & Salsa and make it with Maison de Garance by French General for Moda Fabrics, but I think it would make a beautiful quilt in just about any fabric collection.

Kathy

Wow oh wow!!! 3 great new patterns. I would do the table runner either with whimsicals or Jo Morton lines. I'm a country girl at heart, although, the sweet new brighter colors are very pretty. I espically like bliss. Have a wonderful time at market, I know you will do really well.

shirley j. b.

Strips and Salsa is the best! All your patterns are great!

Sigurlina Magnsudottir

Kveðjur úr sveitinni,
Siggalína

Maria

It's a tough decision, but I would do the "Strips and Salsa" pattern first using "Olivia". I'd use the cream colour as the background. That is such a beautiful range of fabrics - just thinking about this has made me really eager to get the pattern!!!

Kate

Like them both - but especially the strips and salsa pattern - I think that is on my purchase soon list!

Joyce

All the patterns are very cute. I would make the quilt as you go runner first. I would use the fruitcake christmas line.

Janelle

I would start with the Charm Runner - it looks like a quick easy project and I love the blue and brown version on the cover as it is one of my favourite colour combinations!

Anne McCullough

Strips and Salsa, I like the 3D feel. I would use Collection for a Cause. I would also knock out several runners for different seasons. Your patterns are clear and easy to understand!

Pat Dawe

Flair Fiesta would be my choice. It looks rather challenging and would test my skill level. Obviously, I'd like to use your new fabric line, so will wait patiently until it's available next Spring. In the meantime, I'm working on and enjoying the quilt-as-you-go projects in both of your Fast and Furious Books.

diane L.

Love the patterns. When I saw the strips and salsa I thought, I have to find that pattern, then I saw the table runner and I like that even better!! Great new patterns.

Barb Roesslein

I just received an invite for a bridal shower for a dear friend's future daughter-in-law. The Modern Charm runner would be a perfect gift. The style is great and with it's modern feel I don't think I would go wrong making it for her. I think my own daughter would like it for her apartment. So please pick me to win because I need to make some super gifts!

Rose

Gudrun,

The Strips & Salsa looks cool! And I would like the Modern Charm Runner too - it looks like it would be fun.

Kathy H

Wow, your new patterns are great. I would make the table runners first and I think I would use the color way with the orange in it as it is my daughter's favorite color. I like that you can quilt as you go. Thanks for the chance to win.

Marilyn

I like the charm runner, but would make it big enough to be a quilt :) I love the salsa one too, but it looks hard. Please tell me it isn't a hard pattern to do. I love that it looks complicated. Is it?

JayTee

I would do Strips and Salsa first. I love all the patterns

Tressa

I love the strips and salsa pattern and I think I would make it out of some fun bright colors.

Frances

I love all three but I would do the table runner first in a Christmas winter theme.

Dana

I like the Strips and Salsa best, but the first one I would make is the Modern Strip Runner. My mind is all about Christmas right now, so I would make it up in Christmas colors, maybe fussy cut the circles in poinsettias or snowmen or something like that.

Annette S

Great patterns! I think I would first do the Modern Charm Runner. I've always wanted to try a quilt as you go. Possibly in a "Cold Winter Noses" charm pack.
Also like the Strips and Salsa and have a lot of Bali Pops I've collected. Like the horizontal version and would possibly fussy cut something for the square centers in the middle. And yet I see some solid centers staggered in the vertical version too. Or I have a lot of 30's fabric leftover from a project to combine with a dark background that could be kinda cool.
Flair Fiesta is beautiful and looks more complicated.

Marcia W.

I would make a sample quilt using scraps first. I love the chocolate brown of Strips and Salsa. Then, make Strips and Salsa using Hope Valley. Also like Flair Fiesta (you also called it Fiesta Flair) - perhaps in Meadowsweet by Sandi H. alt email mlwright29 (at) hotmail (dot) com

Susan Lock

I love the strips and salsa pattern especially the vertical setting. I wonder how Modas Bliss fabric line would look?? I also love the table runner especially that it is quilt as you go!

evie

all the patterns are very cute. i think i would make the quilt as you go runner first.i would use the fruitcake christmas line.
