I am so excited this time of year when you finally get to see your fabrics appearing in stores after designing it over a year ago!! Glow is being shipped to stores as we speak and I know some stores already have the line, Mary @ Quilted Treasures in Rogers, MN told me that she has it displayed, Kim @ Dakota Quilt Company in Spearfish, SD also has her fabric.
It is sometimes so surreal when you walk into a store and see the designs that you have sweated over for weeks. The interesting part about it for me too, is the fact that even though the fabrics are new in the stores, they are far from being new to me because I have already designed 2 more lines by the time this one is in stores!
I am not going to talk about the new line that will be introduced at market yet, which I may or may not have received yardage for already!!! You will have to wait a couple of weeks still for previews of that one.

In The Works
I am working on a new book for fall and at this time we are scrambling to test patterns, edit and such. We are always in need of good pattern testers for an extra set of eyes and viewpoints. If you are interested in testing patterns for me, please send me an e-mail with a bit of information about you (how long you have been quilting, what you like doing, occupation and if you have tested before). You would be reimbursed for you time and effort with fabric, books and patterns. Plus....you would get the opportunity to see the new projects before everyone else!!! [email protected]
